Required Knowledge and Experience

• Several years of hands-on technical experience working with Temenos T24/Transact (detailed list of Temenos-specific skills below).
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills for both functional and non-functional issues.
• Application development or engineering background, including experience in deploying applications.
• Strong knowledge and experience with the Oracle stack (Database, WebLogic, Oracle Service Bus).
• Experience with Linux and multi-server environments, along with hands-on expertise in scripting tools and programming languages like Java.
• Good communication skills and fluent English.

• Experience with application virtualization and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment.
• Experience working in multi-country teams.

• Location: Warsaw/Lodz/ Gdansk or Gdynia (hybrid; 1 day per week in the office)
• Rate: up to 180 PLN/H net + vat, B2B
• Required Language: English, Polish

As a member of the Temenos T24 technical support team, you will be involved in a wide range of technical tasks aimed at supporting CBP infrastructure and operations. 

,[Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues: You will be responsible for identifying and resolving reported technical problems in prioritized order, working closely with experts from various CBP teams and Temenos., Liaising with Temenos teams: You will communicate with Temenos teams to ensure that any identified product issues are clearly understood and resolved promptly., Supporting CBPs migration and release events: You will provide support during system migrations and software release events, ensuring their successful execution., Supporting functional and non-functional testing activities: Your role will focus on supporting performance testing and ensuring that the system meets functional and non-functional requirements., Planning, implementing, and testing new technical features: You will plan, implement, and test various technical features and improvements within the CBP system, driving its continuous development and optimization., Identifying and mitigating technical risks: You will be responsible for recognizing, evaluating, and mitigating different types of technical risks that may affect system stability., Knowledge sharing and coaching: You will actively collaborate with other team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise, while mentoring and coaching less experienced specialists.] Requirements: Temenos T24/Transact, debugging skills, Oracle database, Linux, Java, Splunk, AppDynamics, Kafka, MQ, API, Agile/SAFe Tools: Jira, Agile, Scrum.
