• Design, develop, and configure custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate and enhance business processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and systems using APIs, MID servers, and IntegrationHub.
• Maintain and optimize existing modules, such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and SecOps.
• Perform platform upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing customizations.
• Collaborate with architects and project teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
• Ensure platform compliance with N’s security and governance policies.

As part of the ServiceNow Product Team the developer will be responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of features on the ServiceNow platform in terms of requirements gathering, solution design, and development.
