• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, and/or Agile Coach
  
• Diverse knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies, techniques, and artifacts (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
  
• Experience with infrastructure delivery and operations (connectivity & networking technologies preferred)
  
• Ability to tailor execution approach and methodology or framework used (e.g. Agile, Lean, DevOps, etc.) to the business need and coach the team to enable the delivery model
  
• Ability to form squads with appropriate skills and capabilities to deliver business value
  
• Experience in work with virtual/dispersed project/service team
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
  
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  
• Outstanding organizational skills
  
• Jira, ServiceNow, and Lucid suite experience is a plus
• Must have: - Scrum Master CERTIFICATIONS: PSMI, PSM II, PSM III, AGILE PM, at least one scaled certification (SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner)
