• IT project management and planning skills (7+ years)
• Previous experience from release or deployment management activities (preferably from the banking sector)
• Experience working with incident, problem and change management tools and processes under ITIL framework
• Confident working with Project Management tools. (Jira,Confluence)
• Experience to work with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
• Experience with working on the edge of IT and business, with solid understanding of business aspects
• Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working
• Have extra-ordinary communication skills and fundamental technical knowledge in order to communicate with the development team(s) and create & validate deployment runbooks in collaboration with the team
• Have the passion to work with industry-leading Release Orchestration tool to create automated release pipelines with the help of technical experts.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in IT or related disciplines.
• Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe methodologies.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English

For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Release Manager.

• Salary: 110-140 PLN/h netto + VAT 
• Location: hybrid 1 day/week from the office (offices in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź and Warsaw to choose)
• Language: communication in English daily

You will join the Execution & Delivery Unit. The focus is on adding value by enabling efficient, scalable, and repeatable release management operations for the vast majority of IT initiatives.
As a Release Manager, the responsibility includes ensuring that new releases to payment technology platforms and applications (Cross-border & SWIFT) are planned and executed efficiently, with the highest quality for customers and operations, and in compliance with established standards.
Collaboration will involve many different stakeholders, such as other Release Managers, Test Managers, Product Owners, Execution Leads, Scrum Masters, and Operations Teams, to secure a safe and successful delivery.
