SentinelOne is growing its Professional Services team and looking for an endpoint (EDR/XDR) consultant with focus on cloud technologies. The role of the consultant is to support the professional services team in developing best practices as well as directly handle complex implementations and consultative engagements in order to deliver exceptional quality services and mission-critical security solutions.

**What will you do?**:
- Act as the primary consultant for customer onboarding activities as they relate to cloud architectures and Sentinel Endpoint Solutions.
- Assist with troubleshooting and debugging Sentinel deployments involving cloud environments and endpoint solutions.
- Deliver implementation, enablement, and advisory services for SentinelOne Endpoint and related cloud-based products and technologies.
- Consult with customers to build collaborative architecture, success criteria, and project plans for implementation customized to their business objectives.
- Work with customers as a trusted advisor, helping guide them on ongoing security best practices, platform management, and product usage.
- Represent and advocate for customer needs and issues across departments.
**What skills and knowledge should you bring?**:
- Field Services Experience: 5+ years in a field services role (professional services, pre-sales, support, etc.), **preferably** in a cybersecurity-related domain.
- Cloud Platforms: Great understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) & ability to implement in these environments.
- Cloud Administration: Proven experience in cloud administration and in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies from major providers.
- Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows required, and **preferably** good knowledge of Linux, and macOS operating systems (installation, configuration, administration, security best practices).
- **Preferably**, experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR/XDR tools).
- Endpoint Management: Experience with SCCM, Intune, or similar endpoint management tools.
- **Preferably**, knowledge of Networking Concepts: Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP) and cloud network designs.
- **Ideally**, Automation and Scripting: Proficiency with automation tools or scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- **Ideally**, Security Practices: Strong knowledge of security technologies, architecture, and operations, including threat handling, incident response, and SOC operations.
- Customer-Centric: Possess a customer-centric approach with a strong desire and ability to work with customers in a technical capacity.
- Industry Certifications: Industry certifications showing domain expertise in cloud technologies and endpoint solutions.
- Experience in scripting with APIs, creating automations etc.
- Training and enablement services delivery experience.
