**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a senior product owner who will play a critical role in the software development cycle: conducting detailed business analysis, gathering requirements, prioritizing them, and translating them into clear user stories and product backlogs.
This is an ideal position for an engineer, developer, or a technical business analyst who will partner with the business stakeholders, Solution Architects, and developers to create, develop, and transform solutions across the entire AT&T footprint.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Perform detailed business analysis, including requirements gathering, process modelling and documentation.
- Prioritize requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - solution architects, developers, quality assurance engineers, to ensure successful delivery of products and features.
- Act as a bridge between the technical teams and the business stakeholders, challenge requirements that do not follow best-practice approaches.
- Monitor and evaluate software product performance, gather feedback, and make data-driven decisions to drive improvements.
- Act as the primary contact for business stakeholders, facilitating meetings and workshops to clarify requirements and priorities.
- Assist in creation and execution of test plans and user acceptance testing to secure delivery of solutions that meet business goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other product owners in the team.
- Drive continuous improvement in the team, be an advocate for best practices and industry trends.
**Skills**:
- 5+ years of experience in Product owner or Business analyst type of role with focus on gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements.
- Proven experience in process modelling, workflow analysis, and gap analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and recommend solutions.
- Familiarity with product development processes such as user-centered design, prototyping, and testing.
- Good understanding of testing and quality assurance processes to ensure delivery of solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ability to write technical and usability requirements.
- Knowledge of database concepts and ability to query databases.
- Web API experience and architectural styles (e.g., REST).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with agile development teams and business stakeholders at any level.
- Ability to present complex ideas and issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring other product owners or business analysts.
- Experience in the following areas would be a plus:
- ServiceNow (strongly preferred), Salesforce and TM Forum Open APIs
- Java, Python, Node.js
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Cloud-based technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
**Education qualifications**:
Bachelor level degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related field of study.

**Location**:
This is a hybrid-flex worker position where our preference is for you to be present with your team in the office at least 1-3 times per week.
Travel between our locations in Brno/Bratislava is expected from time-to-time.
**Working hours**:
EMEA, approx. 9am-5,30pm (with some flexibility)
**Compensation**:
Salary starting from 3 800€ gross monthly.
The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge, and experience.
