We are seeking a talented Product Designer with strong UI design skills and a solid UX background to join our team at Plot.ai. In this role, you will help shape our data-centric products by applying a user-centered design approach, collaborating closely with a skilled team to deliver new features and enhance existing ones.

While 5+ years in the field is common for candidates at this level, we place more emphasis on your ability to demonstrate relevant skills.

 

Design Expertise

• Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Miro.
• Strong understanding of web design principles and responsive design practices.
• Knowledge of modern UI trends and best practices for web applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers.

 

UX Expertise

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in conducting user research and building user personas.
• Ability to synthesize user insights into both low- and high-fidelity prototypes to create actionable design solutions.

 

Product Mindset

• Understanding of the product development lifecycle beyond pure design tasks.
• Experience working within an agile framework to foster iterative design and continuous product improvement.
• Focus on delivering user value over pursuing pixel-perfect designs.
• Ability to balance design aesthetics with functionality to achieve business impact.

About the position

This is a full-time position. Plot.ai is co-located with Marketer, and together we take great pride in our fun and inclusive culture, and we have several social activities a month such as morning swims along the pier at Tjuvholmen, game nights, and fun work-out sessions after work. If you work remotely, we will fly you to Oslo a couple of times a year to meet the rest of the team.
