To support our growth plans, were looking for an experienced, versatile **Marketing Executive to be the key part of the team, responsible for implementation of our marketing communication strategy**. Besides that we expect you to loudly express your opinion, which will not be overheard - because your experiences are valuable and we believe you can help us to adjust our strategy to meet the business objectives.
Ideally you have been working in a Marketing department of a Software development outsourcing company before and you have proved experiences. As we also have a couple of products, if you have been working on marketing of SaaS solutions, it is very beneficial.
As **were looking for a versatile and horizontally skilled specialist**, we do not expect youre gonna be skilled in each and every aspect of digital marketing ecosystem. You have a potential possibility to build a team of collaborating professionals, to help you with execution of our marketing and communication strategy.

- Full time / Contract ("živnosť / TPP")
- Full-remote, full-onsite or in a hybrid-regime - as you prefer. Were remote first company with 2 physical offices, on in Bratislava, Slovakia the other one in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Basic pre-requisites
- 2+ years (5+ ideally) - experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, content marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English (English is the main communication language in the company), other foreign language advantageous
Your responsibilities:
- Manage social media marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage website content, together with our SEO specialist and copywriter.
- Maintaining the companys website and constantly running tests to optimize conversions.
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
- Conduct research on market trends, brands audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
- Coordinating with sales teams to create marketing campaigns to achieve the business goals.
Required hard and soft skills:

- Extensive time management skills to determine development schedules and milestones and ensure that deliverables are completed on time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving attitude, and ability to quickly change direction based on updated client specifications or system limitations
