**About the job**
We are looking for an experienced Marketplace channel sales senior manager for our 1P business in southern markets (Mall & CZC). In this role you’ll be responsible for supervision and development of Mall & CZC’s Marketplace channel, including the implementation of channel’s budget (sales, margin, campaign activities, stock clearance/rotation) by:
**Your main responsibilities**
- Ensuring availability of company selection on the platform, meeting platform requirements and Customers expectations, including overseeing content creation, quality and its implementation
- Enabling efficient area functioning, including everyday team operations (incl. pre and post sales ones).
- Leading cooperation in a matrix structure with other company departments e.g.: Vendor Management, Delivery Experience, Customer Experience, Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, Technology
- Guaranteeing offer competitiveness, translating general company’s trade plan into marketplace channel activities using platform tools and functionalities,
- Creation and implementation of area pricing and promo strategy
- Building delivery methods portfolio and pricing implementation according to company’s strategy
- Translating general channel/area targets into your team KPIs
- Providing sourcing guidelines and priorities to Category Management (with regards to brands, scope of products, target purchase prices, purchase volumes) necessary to ensure the proper functioning/development of the entrusted area, including planned campaigns
- Cooperating with other teams on cross-departmental initiatives and actions ensuring commercial success on Allegro
- Leading the Merchant Quality Council team, which supervises and assures meeting Allegro quality standards
- Driving commercial success by maximizing high positioning in search results
- Contributing to budgeting and planning process within supervised area/channel, including sales volumes forecasting
- Identifying and roadmap performance improvement initiatives for supervised channel, based on internal analytics
- Levearaging opportunities provided by Allegro Advertising

**We are looking for**
- 5+ years of commercial experience in managing sales on Amazon/eBay/Allegro in a large organization and +10 of general experience
- Czech native with excellent English communication skills
- Exceptional leadership skills demonstrated in innovative businesses
- Strong critical and strategic thinking as well as resolution in ambiguous situations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to challenge status quo
- Strong persuasion and influencing skills
- Ability to collaborate and drive alignment on Top Management level
