• Bachelors degree in IT or a similar qualification, any current industry certifications are a plus. 
• Around 5 years of overall relevant experience with a Windows server environment. 
• Extensive, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 solution design, implementation, and management. 
• Extensive experience with M365 Collaboration (MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and initial experience with M365 Messaging (Exchange, Defender). 
• You can successfully make use of your hands-on IT project management experience. 
• You have good written and verbal communication skills in business English. 
• You are proactive and have an excellent problem-solving ability. 
• You bring great time management and organizational skills and are able to work independently and as part of a divers, international team.
