Key Requirements:

• Core Language: Proficiency in JavaScript, including frameworks like React.js (frontend) or Node.js (backend). 
• State Management: Familiarity with Redux, Context API, Hooks. 
• CI/CD: Experience in CI/CD pipelines, workflow automation, and package managers (npm or yarn). 
• Tooling: Expertise with Webpack, Babel. 
• Databases: Proficiency in managing NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase) and SQL, with backend data handling via Node.js. 
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with serverless architecture (e.g., AWS) and AWS cloud infrastructure. 
• System Design: Ability to architect scalable, maintainable systems focused on performance and API integration (frontend) or event-driven design (backend). 
• Debugging & Testing: Competence in debugging, refactoring, and writing clean, testable code. 
• AWS Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure. 
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a diverse team environment.
