On the back of the ever-growing demand we are expanding our ServiceNow CoE team based in Prague and are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join us. The Senior ServiceNow Consultant will be responsible for consulting, architecture and in selected cases also implementation of enhancements or major functionality on one of the most complex large enterprise ServiceNow environments out there.
What you would do:
* Involvement in mid- to large-scale projects in consulting role and/or PM Role
* Preparation and presentation of business proposals, business cases, requirements analysis (requirements specification and estimates)
* Communication with key stakeholders, backline organizations and project teams
* Participation in pre-sales presentations, prototyping, and customer/provider workshops
* Liaison with external/internal auditors and vendors
* Participation in QBRs with ServiceNow and/or ServiceNow partners
Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:
* Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow space, primarily ITSM and ServicePortal; CSM and HR module knowledge preferred
* Ideally 4+ years in the role of ServiceNow developer/consultant with a ServiceNow partner or customer
* Consulting mindset, comfortable working on multiple assignments with tight schedules and significant degree of uncertainty
* Experience of at least one project management methodology (e.g. Prince II practitioner), experience working in, or even leading agile teams
* Knowledge of ITIL, certification in the area is an advantage

Gaining more hands-on experience with ServiceNow has always fascinated me, so I moved to the Platform support and Innovation team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect role. In 2022, I moved to a management role, leading a team of ServiceNow Solution Consulting. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – technology.
