Senior IT Business Analyst
A leading international financial institution requires an experienced Business Analyst to play a lead role in developing the overall strategy of modernization of the IT landscape and development of services based on state-of-the-art technologies. The position is available to work as a full time consultant or on a long term contract.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will be part of the regular IT project lifecycle, supporting the development of new Client Data Services based
- on Cloud technologies. Your main tasks will be the creation of business specification documents and the execution of business tests for the new IT services.
- Responsible for the Business Acceptance Test (BAT) phase: definition and execution of test cases for end-to-end testing
- Work together with the functional analysts as a link between the business and the IT areas, ensuring that the business requirements are reflected in the corresponding IT requirements
**Requirements**:
- University degree with preference in Finance and Information Technology
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the area of IT and finance with expert knowledge about business processes
- You have experience in the finance industry and financial markets
- A strong background in IT including experience with standard test methodologies
- Analytical skills, intercultural competence and a hands-on mentality
- You must have a valid work visa and good English communication skills, French or German would be an advantage
