Reporting to the Process Automation (PA) Global Head of Talent, the role will be responsible to partner with PA leaders to provide technical expertise, solutions and Talent Acquisition and Advancement support within the global ABB organization to attract the appropriate workforce to deliver the business strategy.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Manage recruitment campaigns, working directly with hiring managers to understand the requirements, and decides on the appropriate sourcing solution
- Build strong relationships and trust with senior leaders across the businesses and their Global HR Business Partners
- Actively advocate for internal Talent Advancement opportunities and contributing to activities as well as educating the organization where needed
- Liaise with internal executive sourcing and external recruitment firms for specific positions as required and ensures their capabilities for market mapping and recruitment support in the various geographic Regions
- Perform excellent Stakeholder Management with a wide range of stakeholders across geographies and levels, including Global Senior Executives
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and HR policies, GDPR and any other data privacy requirements, and adherence to compliance standards in all areas of responsibility
**Your background**:
- Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media
- Strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition and Advancement trends, as well as strong end-to-end process thinking and experience of managing change projects
- Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders globally; exceptional communication skills, strong customer service orientation with proven consulting and influencing skills
- Self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs
- Brings along a high degree of independent stakeholder management (internal & external), excellent intercultural communication skills/sensitivity to geographical difference in talent acquisition
- Ability to think outside the box and always delivering pragmatic solutions to daily challenges faced by stakeholders
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, additional languages are an advantage
