Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

• Develop and implement best-in-class processes and structures to drive scalability and support organizational growth

Deliver actionable insights and analyses to guide senior leadership in making informed strategic decisions

Establish and maintain a scalable, efficient, and technology-driven financial framework

Ensure full compliance with local regulations and company policies, upholding the highest standards of integrity and transparency.

• Collaborate across departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

POŽADAVKY:What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak language

A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in a financial leadership role (5+ years preferred)

Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes

Proficiency in advanced financial tools and systems; ERP systems experience is an advantage

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
