Senior Engineering Manager (Mobile)

Role Overview:
- Solution Architecture: Lead discussions on React Native architecture, ensuring best practices and integrating with legacy apps.- Team Leadership: Conduct 1:1s, mentor your team of 8, and foster a growth-oriented environment.- Release Management: Oversee the app release process, including internal releases and rolling or segmented updates.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, design, and engineering teams to align project goals and timelines.- Strategic Vision: Guide the future direction of our mobile apps, focusing on scalability and business alignment.
✏ Qualifications:
- React Native Expertise: Proven experience with React Native and 2-3 completed projects.- Native Development Understanding: Solid knowledge of native development for legacy app maintenance.- Release Process Experience: Hands-on experience with managing app releases, including segmented strategies.- Leadership Experience: Successful management of an international engineering team.- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
