• 10+ years of experience in large-scale transformation programs in Core Banking or Financial Services industry.
• 10+ years of experience in delivery leadership roles.
• Preferably, 5+ years of experience in delivery lifecycle roles.
• Preferably, 5+ years of experience with Core Banking software such as Temenos or SA
• Strong facilitation and decision-making skills.
• Conflict resolution expertise.
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Very good English

This is a project for lafrge international company within banking sector.  It is a complex transformation to consolidate technology systems via a common Nordic platform, enabling a more modern platform and faster time to market for Nordic digital offerings to customers.

,[Actively engage with surrounding programs/service areas to enable business outcomes associated with the CBP roadmap (N-core releases, offers, and account migrations)., Ensure that external delivery is completed by end-to-end orchestration, tracking, scope, risk, and stakeholder management., Serve as a focal point in CBP for the program/service area to contact., Build trustful relationships with key stakeholders in the programs to facilitate the successful implementation of CBP roadmap outcomes., Explain the CBP roadmap, timelines, milestones, and ways of working to help the delivery partner identify the impact in service areas., Work closely with CBP blocks/service area and identify all delivery dependencies from the domains., Align delivery plans with external hubs, technology teams, and business., Ensure other service areas follow CBP’s funnel process and timelines for their requests., Work with the domain to secure workforce planning and obtain their commitment to deliver for upcoming PI milestones., Support the Dependency Management Capability Owner in updating domain budget needs and tracking budget targets., Ensure internal and external teams align to a common plan., Conduct regular meetings with other programs., Highlight conflicting priorities and escalate as needed., Identify risks and report them in the CBP risk log., Support work-management tools such as JIRA and Confluence., Ensure dependency status, including escalations, is clearly reported and aligned internally and with delivery partners in the service areas., Continually improve the dependency management process., Provide fortnightly Dependency Management Reporting., Support release deployment, offer, and migration plans in collaboration with Release Management and Implementation Teams] Requirements:
