**Responsibilities**:
- Consolidate and improve the processes by which we guide our internal and external customers through their whole travel
- and relocation journey and make sure that the process runs efficiently from beginning to end.
- Drive global initiatives & strengthen collaborative working & ownership within our Assignment Management Team
- Develop and implement proactive and innovative solutions based on business and customer needs
- Be a connector and advocate for cross-departmental collaboration for true End2End-process design.
- Ensure that all international assignment related matters such as Immigration, Tax, Social Security, and Corporate Tax are reviewed and compliantly performed, according to countries legislations as well as global and local circulars and guidelines.
- Keep all assignees and stakeholders informed during all stages of the assignment of the status of all compliance and regulatory procedures, including tax filings, visa processing, registration requirements, as well as internal requirements, etc.
- Take care of the financial aspects, e.g. by creating income calculations, payment requests and year-end compensation collection and reporting, as well as ensuring timely and accurately billing processes to customers.
- Resolve customer disputes and bring strategies for solutions as well as follow the escalation management process within GMM, customers and service providers.
**What we expect?**
- You have a masters degree in any field and have more than 5 years of professional experience with a solid background in team and project management across diverse global teams.
- You have the ability to build relationships, network and foster collaboration across the organization
- You have an excellent understanding of project management and quality methodologies with proven experience in leading complex and large scale projects
- You combine attention to detail with an excellent process overview
- You are well organized to keep track of all your different tasks and responsibilities
- With your emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills it is easy for you to put yourself in our assignees shoes and make them happy
- You convince with proficient communication skills in English as well as foreign language abilities, German is an advantage
- Commercial awareness and high quality standards are important to us, experience in a service delivery management environment is a plus

- 5 weeks of vacation (up to 8 extra days can be purchased from the benefits budget)
