• 5+ years of experience in Global Business Services/Shared Services Centre/Business Process Outsourcing environment.
• Good understanding of end-to-end process across at least one function such as Finance (Controlling, P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) and/or Procurement.
• Experience in driving process optimization and standardization initiatives.
• Practical experience in transition management and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Practical project management experience (IT project management is a plus).
• Strong solution-oriented approach, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent MS Office and presentations skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Mobility for travel (mainly in Poland plus some international travel).

Deloitte’s Global Business Services (GBS) Advisory practice serves the broad needs of today’s CXOs delivering tailor-made solutions to a range of multinational clients. The team supports the Clients at every stage of the Shared Services Transformation journey starting from feasibility study, operating model design, through SSC implementation and transition till process transformation and optimization.
