**A Day in the Life**
As a Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst you will:
- Identify areas for automation within the global Accounts Receivable process where automation can be applied to reduce manual effort. This may involve deep diving into the current process, identifying pain points, and proposing solutions to automate the process.
- Implement automation solutions through cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, including identifying the appropriate technology, defining requirements, testing, and implementing the solution.
- Monitor automation performance to ensure it is achieving the desired results.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in the global Accounts Receivable process and propose solutions to increase automation rates and streamline the process.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on the automation project and ensure alignment with the broader business strategy.
- Manage projects related to Auto-bank implementation or enhancements, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international banking regulations and payment processing standards.
**Must Haves**
- Good understanding of the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoice creation, payment processing, and collections.
- SAP Accounts Receivable knowledge.
- High level reporting capabilities.
- Project management skills to drive initiatives related to Auto-bank implementation or enhancements, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
- High level understanding of automation technologies and techniques, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), machine learning, and other AI-based technologies, as well as experience implementing automation solutions in the context of Accounts Receivable.
- Emotional Intelligence, integrity and trust, adaptability and change management, cross cultural respect.
- Customer focus, drive for results and challenging goals, functional technical skills, problem solving.
- Educated to degree level in Business or related field.
- Good command of English language (spoken and written), additional languages will be considered an advantage.
