Senior Business (IT) Analyst for an international bank in Prague

Join 4KYC team as a Business Analyst! The client is digitalizing and automating paper-based KYC processes for private clients. The project uses microservices and event-driven architecture, with a tech stack including Kotlin, GCP, Kafka, and Postgres SQL.  Main Purpose of the Role:

• Gather, collect, and document business requirements from stakeholders and business experts.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals, requirements, and constraints.
• Validate proposed IT solutions to ensure they align with business requirements and objectives through testing, user acceptance testing, and feedback collection.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience working in an agile environment (SCRUM).
• Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to analyze and interpret data using SQL.
• Experience with business process modeling (BPM tools such as Camunda).
• Familiarity with business analyst tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Ability to read code (e.g., Java, JavaScript).
• Experience with system integration and user acceptance testing.
