Senior Business Development Representative

Through our product - **a Customer Data Platform (CDP)** - and thanks to years of our know-how, we solve the fragmentation of customer data for companies all over the world. CDP gives access to organized, clean, and stitched customer data from multiple sources.
Besides data, we are very good at creating communities. You might have heard about **She Loves Data** . Its Meiros founders nonprofit project which is teaching mostly women about data, digital marketing, engineering, and the world of new technologies.
We are looking for Senior Business Development Representative who will be responsible for pipeline **optimization** and **revenue growth** through strategic **outbound prospecting efforts**
***What can you expect from this position?**:
- **Lead** an external team of BDRs;
- **Develop** and **implement** strategic outbound prospecting initiatives to generate **new business opportunities** and **drive revenue growth**;
- Collaborate with the **sales** and **marketing teams** to align strategies and **optimize lead generation efforts**;
- Analyse **sales data and metrics** to track progress, **identify trends,** and make **data-driven decisions**;
- Assist in the **recruitment**, **onboarding**, and **training of new team members**;
- **Promote** the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
- Stay **up-to-date** on industry trends, **market conditions**, and competitor activities;
- Contribute with your **own pipeline of prospects**.
- **What do we expect from you?**
- Ideally experience on **same** or **similar position**, experience with **leading a team** is a big plus;
- Come up with ideas leading towards **team revenue growth** and **achieving BDR sales targets;**:
- Enriching **communication**, meaningful **negotiations**, and **building interpersonal skills** is something you do every day;
- You enjoy a **dynamic environment** and adapt to **changing priorities**;
- CRM (Hubspot), Apollo, LI Sales Navigator all ring a bell for you;
- **Professional level of English**, Czech is advantage;
- You want to join the team in our **Prague office** on a regular basis (hybrid way of working)
