We have a** **position available for an experienced **Atlassian Consultant **to join us in the Project Management Office (PMO) in our **Prague or** **Brno **locations (hybrid workplace), or remote from anywhere in the Czech Republic.
**Job Description**:
We are looking for an **Atlassian Consultant **who will participate in the development and establishment of new project management standards and processes to expand the PMO services. You will perform project services for the project leads for tasks such as project setup in the systems, project controlling and reporting, invoicing, and customer-specific evaluations. You will use existing standards in a safe manner to ensure efficient execution of administrative project management tasks required. You will report to the PMO team lead and director.
**In this role, you will**:
- Be the owner of the Atlassian toolbox
- Align with the project manager, all tools and reports required by the standard to monitor our projects
- Be responsible for execution of defined administrative tasks for the duration of the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with the rules during the project life cycle
- Provide training materials and sessions about our Project Management standards and processes
- Crunch the project numbers with an analytical/financial mindset
- Monitor defined goals of the project and perform project review
- Liaise with the project manager in case of deviations.
**Qualifications**:
**What should you know?**
- 4+ years experience and** advanced technical knowledge of Atlassian Tools **(Jira, Confluence...) including administration, configuration
- Can perform complex functions in Excel and maintain complex spreadsheets
- Very good English, written and spoken (German and/or French an advantage)
- Knowledge of project management, controlling, and reporting
- Some knowledge of business Key Performance Indicators
- Experienced in the definition and elaboration of processes and standards
- Experienced in interpreting data and describing process flows
- Previous experience in project assistance or as PMO is an advantage
