You’ll be based in Prague working within a team of highly skilled colleagues.
**Working at NTT**
- ** Policies and processes** - reviewing and updating, release process of updates, related communication/sessions with the employees/business
- ** Induction for new joiners** - conducting a session covering HR policies and processes
- ** HR corners with management and employees** - per actual needs, for example sessions regarding updated policies, Workday functionalities
- ** Full ownership for the HRIS (Workday)** - data maintenance, support for GDC employees, requisition opening, auditing of data, testing and implementing of new modules per global projects (e.g. Absence Module), related communication
- ** Support with HR projects** -ensuring data accuracy, support with guiding materials for the managers, training session with the business and subsequent follow-ups
- ** Continuous improvement of HR processes** - such as preparation for FAQs for employees, support with the pre-employment guide; setting up reporting from Workday instead of manual reporting (entrance medical examination, probation periods, work permit expirations, etc.)
- ** Payroll process** - attendance report preparation
- ** Reporting (manual and from Workday)** - attrition, new joiners, leavers, as per ad-hoc needs
- ** Audit preparation** - HR related processes and documents
- ** Recruitment** - final informative interviews with our future colleagues
**What will make you a good fit for the role?**
- Experience 1+ year in HR field
- Reporting experience and advanced level working in MS Excel & MS Word
- Experience with HRIS system
- English on proficiency level
