• At least 6 years of experience and fluency in Python development ecosystem
• Knowledge of clean code and design patterns in Python, strong attitude to build well structured, high quality solutions
• Experience with creating and finetuning ML models (predictive analytics, deep learning neural networks)
• Experience with building GenAI applications for business usage
• Experience in writing robust unit tests for developed applications
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-native technologies
• Very good knowledge of English (and Polish) with the ability to speak but also explain and simplify technical topics for the business
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attitude to think from customer (business) perspective for problem solving
• Strong communication and presentation skills
