At this moment we have an opportunity for experienced Scrum Masters. Join our dynamic team and play key role in driving agile excellence. Bring your expertise to drive project success and lead initiatives, guide sprint activities and more!

This role covers following activities

* Organising, chairing and following-up on the SCRUM processes and SCRUM ceremonies
* Helping the team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them
* Shielding the team from outside distractions and interferences
* Collaborating and communicating with product owner and various stakeholders to understand the business needs & requirements
* Ensuring observance of DoD (Definition of done), and proactively oversighting any continuous improvement activity which will secure the progressive maturity of the agile teams
* Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality

Your profile

* Fluent English, because you will be comunicating with other colleagues from EMEA region
* At least 2-3 year experience as Scrum Master - important to say, we are not looking for an Agile Coach, these two positions and separeted in Cardif
* Due to our international set-up you will be travelling time to time
* Experience in SW development for customers facing applications (digital) in an Agile/Scrum Framework
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently, but yet a good team player with focus on delivery
