**- We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Scrum Master/Agile Leader to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working closely with multiple software engineering teams, other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to drive the implementation of Agile methodologies on the development of our newly starting product M7 Gas product.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Provide Agile leadership to our distributed product development teams.
- Maintain and foster an environment that enables teams to embrace agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver value through improved product development processes.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to set this new product up and ensure the proper use of collaborative processes according to the team and stakeholders needs.
- Monitor progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Comprehensive knowledge of agile principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience in software development and people management.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
**Nice to Have**:
- Knowledge of the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework or other agile frameworks.
