SAP Successfactors (Senior) Consultant for Talent

**What youll do**:
SAPs Intelligent Enterprise Solutions organization offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced technical professional in the Talent IT product team. In our international, fast-paced environment, you will help drive strategic business objectives throughout the product lifecycle.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Work on Talent deliverables that are part of the HR IT portfolio roadmap
- Refine collaboratively the product backlog to create acceptance criteria relevant to our technical delivery
- Work on technical configuration, testing, release management, ensuring a reliable and efficient delivery
- Validate new SAP SuccessFactors releases / enhancements, present new features to our stakeholders
- Collaborate with peers and business stakeholders in agile ceremonies
- Help improve our agile ways working
- Work with our external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and the quality of our user experience
**What you bring**:
- 3+ years of work experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficient communication skills in English
- Ability to understand and be responsive to value-driven business needs
- Solution-oriented attitude, adaptive to changing conditions
- Drive for continuous learning and staying up to date with business solutions & technology
- Willingness to act as team player and improve execution as agile team
- Certiciation: SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
- Professional experience and deep knowledge of Talent & Performance Mgmt
- Hands-on experience: EC, RBPs, APIs, Report Center
- Comprehensive understanding of HR practices
- Beneficial: Technical expertise in Succession Mgmt, Career Development Planning & Mentoring
