SAP HR Application Manager with Italian
POPIS POZICE:
An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company based in Prague. To support the growth they are currently recruiting a SAP HR Application Manager with Italian to join their team on a permanent basis.
We are looking for a Team Leader / Manager, not a SAP Developer!
Your daily responsibilities will be:
- Facilitating the training of team members to ensure their proficiency in performing operational tasks
- Daily supporting your team of SAP HR Specialists, who are in communication with clients regarding SAP HR usage, trainings and technical support
- Creating and implementing annual individual development plans and monitoring their progress
- Setting and managing annual objectives including performance assessment
- Participating actively in the recruitment process for new team members
- Providing weekly activity reports
- Organizing application support activities to align with the HR schedule
- Ensuring client services are consistently delivered at a high level and in accordance with contractual commitment
- Applying Client Service methodology, processes, and procedures, including SAP maintenance and configuration
- Collaborating with other Team Leads and HR to ensure recruitment and training of new colleagues
- Daily communication and coordination of Team Leaders and HR
- Contributing to the establishment and implementation of the application within the SSC

POŽADAVKY:
- Command of English (B2+) and Italian (B2+)
- Experience with leading/managing a team is a must! (IT teams, HR, or B2B Customer Service is needed)
- Most preferred experience is from B2B Customer Service environment (either internal with stakeholders or external with clients), you will be in communication with stakeholders and clients
- Willing to grow in the field
- Customer-orientation
- Communication skills, planning, and organizational skills
- You do not have to have experience with SAP, but your interest in it is needed!
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- As a manager, you will have to be 3x a week in the office
