We are currently seeking a talented SAP FICO Consultant who is fluent in Czech to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will have the unique chance to work with the newest technologies while providing exceptional consulting services to our prestigious end clients or consulting partners.
Tasks
- Collaborate with end clients or consulting partners to understand their business requirements and design optimal SAP FICO solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Conduct workshops and gather functional and technical specifications to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business processes and objectives.
- Configure, customize, and implement SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other modules such as SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP PP to achieve end-to-end business process efficiency.
- Analyze complex financial data and provide expert guidance on best practices, process improvements, and system enhancements to optimize financial operations and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to end users, empowering them to effectively utilize SAP FICO functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide innovative solutions and insights to clients.
- Support pre-sales activities by assisting in the preparation of proposals, conducting demonstrations, and showcasing the value of SAP FICO solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO modules, with a minimum of /(X) years of hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and support.
- Fluent in Czech and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in delivering end-to-end SAP FICO projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
- Extensive knowledge of financial accounting principles, financial reporting, and controlling processes.
- Familiarity with the integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and PP.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- SAP certification in FICO module is highly desirable.
- Experience in working with the newest SAP technologies and staying updated with the latest industry trends is a definite plus.
