**Position Summary**:

We have a vacancy for the position of Payroll Specialist located in the Czech Republic, skilled in Czech payroll ready to take care of our global Czech clients and deliver the highest standard of service

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the timely and accurate execution of payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
- Manage employee data (e.g., tax information, pension records) and input payroll-related data such as deductions, benefits, bonuses, and updated salary information.
- Register new hires, process terminations, and record employment changes in the employment register.
- Maintain the organizational structure and manage absence and attendance records.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports to local authorities, including tax filings and social security contributions.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing clear and accurate information.
- Resolve queries and troubleshoot payroll issues.
- Maintain physical and/or electronic records and archives.
- Stay informed on changes in relevant legislation.
- Serve as a mentor to team members.
**Education and experience**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Czech payroll processing.
- In-depth knowledge of Czech payroll laws and regulations.
- Fluency in Czech, with strong spoken and written English skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
