**What part will you play?**
- You will be responsible for crafting and implementing learning strategies which includes maintaining and implementing training leads and leading training plans for customer-facing sales roles.
- Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering global learning courses, workshops, and other training for DI Sales strategic learning priorities.
- In doing so, you will develop the skills & knowledge of employees within DI regional sales organizations.
- You will consultant and support selected sales regions in the successful rollout of various trainings.
- In the process, you will be responsible for relationship and project management with internal and external collaborators.
- Additionally, you will handle vendors and external agencies in the design and creation of high-impact learning programs.
- You will ensure that target group and/or topic-specific learning content is successfully implemented to achieve the desired impact.
**What you need to make real what matters.**
- You have a degree in education, media relations or similar studies from reputable university or college.
- Moreover, you bring with multiple years of experience in the learning and development environment in the digital and technological field with a focus on sales.
- Beyond that, you have gained knowledge and experience with all types of learning methodologies.
- You can drive new ways of working and lifelong learning and establish them in the organization.
- As a guide, you can assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver results and partner at all levels of the organization.
- You are experienced in group facilitation and project management and have led large and sophisticated projects before.
- Ideally you have developed programs for large/broad audiences and have experience working in large, global organizations, knowledge of the software business is an advantage.
- You bring with excellent communication skills, combined with fluent level in Business English; good knowledge of German language will be a big plus.
