Your responsibilities: Take ownership of a dedicated country/region, and execute strategic sales initiatives tailored to local market dynamics. Identify and engage with key stakeholders in the travel industry, including tourism boards, destination management organizations, attractions, and tour operators, to promote our innovative solutions and services. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure, leveraging remote selling techniques and occasional in-person meetings. Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention while exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to align sales efforts with customer expectations and market demands. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential funding opportunities, informing strategic decision-making and market penetration strategies. Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and regional meetings, actively networking and promoting our brand to key stakeholders and influencers. We are looking for you if you have: Native-level proficiency in Portuguese is essential for the specific country you are applying to work in. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
