Sales Operations Logistics Professional
The Position
Your main activities will include sales support, CMR - support of affiliate users, cooperation with Global Helpdesk / system management team, CMR training for the business when needed, testing of CMR releases according to test plan, supporting and expanding on current CMR system. Call plans management including preparation, verification and consolidation. Targeting and segmentation - data management + coordination with Business Units.
Key responsibilities include:
- Data management support - support of weekly data and analyses of pharmacy level, support of FSM /MSRs, ad-hoc reports
- Monitoring stock levels in distribution
- Setting prices for distribution / hospitals / pharmacies - overview of actual price settings with all wholesalers, regular review, adjustments / corrections after price/reimbursement changes for relevant products
- Rebates documentation - collection, verification of data provided by customers and archiving of documentation for commercial rebates
**Qualifications**:
- University graduate
- Very good English and fluency in Czech
- Experience with logistics role (2+ years min), ideally in pharma segment, but can be FMCG as well
- Data management (Excel advanced user), data and digitally skilled person
- Structured, precise, fully competent to work independently without direct supervision
- Project management experience, excellent coordination and organization skills
- Strong communication skills requiring team-work, "can do" approach, including abilities to train the sales team re logistics projects and tasks
