Sales Manager
M3Cargo is one of the leaders in purchasing, delivering and customs clearance of goods imported in Europe from China. Since, we have been helping small and medium-sized businesses grow, by delivering their cargo as part of our LCLs (less-than-container Load). Every month we carry around 10 containers of groupage cargo. Today, we have more than successful orders. We provide quality service and are constantly looking for solutions to improve our performance.
Today, M3Cargo is actively developing and we are expanding our Sales team!

Our ideal Sales manager will have the following:
1) 2+ years in Sales.
2) Native/bilingual knowledge of the Czech language
3) Fluent in written and spoken English (B level).
4) High communication skills
5) Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Bonus points:
- Experience with cold calls is considered an important advantage
- Knowledge of the Russian/Ukrainian language is considered an important advantage
What we will offer:
1) Salary:
Rate + % of sales (we are open to negotiations about the rate). The main income of the Sales Manager is always a percentage of the sales. Therefore, your direct salary will depend primarily on you! We provide the opportunity to earn 2500−3000 EUR NET
2) Work from 8 AM to 5 PM/ 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday (1-hour break)

Additionally:
- We offer you the possibility to hire an assistant manager for you (approximately after 6 months of work, depending on your workload).
**Responsibilities**:
1) Analyze the Czech market - customers and competitors
2) Find clients, negotiate and sign contracts
3) Support customers and control the transaction flow, from order acceptance to cargo delivery
4) Development of relations with the client, transfer of the status of the client from «new» to «permanent» and «key;
5) Create and maintain a client base in the CRM
6) Correspond with Chinese agents (infrequently in English)
The process:
- WhatsApp call with recruiter
- Zoom interview with recruiter
- Zoom interview with a Regional manager responsible for the European market
- Offer and the start of the trial period.
**Salary**: 48,000.00Kč - 85,000.00Kč per month
