- Supermicro is looking for a highly-experienced, successful and proven Sales Manager to sell Supermicros broad portfolio of server solutions to large enterprise customers. Sales Manager will possess the expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals. The ideal sales manager must have a strong, credible and professionals working relationship with C-Level executives at current and past clients, plus the ability to create similar synergies at new accounts.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Open direct accounts or route deals through the existing channel customers
- Develop end-user projects, new partner relationships
- Able to drive projects to success throughout the complete sales cycle.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction and maintain excellent account managment
- Develop relationships with Supermicro technology partners
- Must have the ability to work from a remote home office and travel within the region
**Qualifications**:
- Strong sales and communication skills
- At least 5 years of IT sales experience (preferable Server sales)
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs
- Flexibility in work schedule (to work with US in the evening) is a must
- Must be a self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and eager to grow with the company
- Native one EER language and Good English Language skills in both Written and Spoken are required
