Your Role:
Following an in-depth training program on our products, applications, and technologies, you will spearhead our sales initiatives in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary. Key responsibilities include:
Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing customers and distributors.
Expanding market share by identifying and engaging new customers.
Offering expert consultation on product applications.
Collaborating with internal teams to craft tailored solutions for clients.
What You Bring:
Experience in sales within the plastics or construction materials industry, or a solid technical background with a desire to transition into sales.
Fluency in English and Czech or Polish or Slovakian language.
A keen interest in application technology and technical curiosity.
Strong interpersonal skills for building long-lasting customer relationships.
Willingness to travel throughout the designated region.
