The expansion of the Sales Department means we are now looking to recruit Sales Manager (based in Czech republic) and reporting to Pavol Harmanos.

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Diverse work in the CZ, DE, and South PL regions
- Development and implementation of the sales strategy
- Acquisition of top designers/architects, general contractors/investors, construction firms
- Achieving the companys sales goals in the region
- Building good relationships with customers at all levels of the organization
- Market analysis and identification of business opportunities
- Providing consulting services in the area of energy consumption reduction
- Management of customer and project databases in CRM reporting (Salesforce)
- Development and maintenance of good relationships between departments
**What we’d love for you to have**:

**If you have experience in the following areas - this is an added advantage**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, knowledge of the market and business partners
- Technical education, knowledge in construction
- Communicative personality, representative appearance, reliability
- Teamwork and collaboration with all functions in the process
- PC skills (MS Office, Office 365, CRM)
- German language (C1) for communication with customers
- Innovative, agile, proactive, entrepreneurial approach, willingness to travel
