**The Mozart Prague** is a five-star boutique hotel and a beautifully preserved piece of history, located in the heart of Prague, near the Charles Bridge. It combines modern design with period elements and offers a truly unique experience. Bright large spaces and open windows offer a magnificent view of the courtyard and the city.
We are currently looking to strengthen our team with a super star **Sales Manager** who possess drive, charisma, and warmth to join our team. As a **Sales Manager,** you’ll be responsible for driving total sales and generate revenues for the hotels and outlets. You have a proactive approach to sales, anticipating potential opportunities and developing new opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Czech and English is essential.
**This is how a day could look like...**
- Define and execute the sales activities according to prepared Sales plans.
- Ensures professional sales calls using Consultative Selling principles and SMART Selling philosophies.
- Maintains strong, professional relationships with the relevant representatives from the industry, including tour operators and local travel agents for maximum effectiveness.
- Demonstrates an awareness of new business opportunities and seizes and acts upon them.
- Collaborate with other teams to support sales.
- Proactive to guests & customers’ needs or requirements.
- Track performance of all sales activities and prepare regular monthly reports about all sales performance.
- Manage and report Sales budget.
**If this is you....**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel in Sales and Marketing department or minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager or 4 years as Sales Executive in a hotel
- Knowledge of the Travel and Hotel industry (preferable in luxury hotel)
- Understanding of local market trends, seasonality
- Should have good communication, counselling, effective negotiating, basic accounting skills, judgment, grievance handling and good correspondence.
- Conducts appropriate number of proactive sales activities (incl. appointments, trade shows, business trips)
- Capable of handling multi-faceted projects, self-starter, working under pressure and able to work extra & odd hours, if necessary.
- Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.
- Detailed understanding account management, and effective sales solicitation strategies.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administration skills.
- Clear concise written and refined verbal communication skills in Czech and English.
