Sales Development Manager – Poland (German-Speaking C1,C2)

Our client is a fast-growing fintech SaaS company that provides businesses across Europe with smart corporate cards, invoice management, and spend control solutions. Backed by top investors and rapidly expanding, they are looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager (SDM) for Poland to establish and lead a new sales development team.

Key Responsibilities ?

Phase 1: Acting as an SDR While Building the Team

  • Own the outbound sales process: research, identify, and reach out to German SMB prospects via calls, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Engage CFOs and finance leaders, effectively pitching the company’s financial solutions.
  • Book high-quality meetings with key decision-makers to drive the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure accurate CRM data management to optimize sales efficiency.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s fintech solutions and continuously improve sales techniques.

Phase 2: Building and Leading the SDR Team

  • Hire, onboard, and manage a team of 2-3 SDRs.
  • Provide structured coaching, mentorship, and sales training.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Use data-driven insights to analyze sales metrics and optimize performance.
  • Foster a customer-first, high-performance sales culture.
