To further grow our Czech Republic & Slovakia Lotus Biscoff business, we are looking for a KAM Assistant. In this role you will be part of a small sales team supporting Lotus Biscoff / Natural Foods sales in the Czech Republic (covering 4 key categories - Biscuits, Spreads, Ice Cream & Natural Foods snacks) in both the Retail & OOH channels.The purpose of the Key Account Manager assistants job at LOTUS Biscoff is to actively support the sales department. You will enjoy the job if you have communication and organizational skills, you can work effectively, independently - at the same time as part of a team, orient yourself in sales, prepare a spreadsheet and you dont mind "paperwork".
**Functiebeschrijving**:
Your role will be full support of the sales department (KAM and National Sales Manager).
Key job accountabilities are, among others, the following:
- Product registration and maintenance of catalogue assortment to clients.
- Customer management in SAP.
- Customize and support for sales presentations.
- Client communication regarding PO and follow-up.
- Keeping customers updated on orders - changes in deliveries, and quantities.
- Handling returns and credit notes in close collaboration with the KAM.
- Support the commercial team on ad hoc tasks.
- Provide the necessary organizational and administrative support.
**Profiel**:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent by relevant expierence
- Proactive approach and ability to accept responsibility for ones tasks.
- You are service oriented and enjoy providing support to our clients and team.
- You are structured and organized and have very good communication skills.
- You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite, namely Excel.
- A knowledge of SAP is an advantage but not a requirement.
- You appreciate working on different projects at the same time.
- You are fluent in Czech and intermediate in English.
