**Sales and Marketing Coordinator -** maternity cover (approx. 2 years contract).
**Function**

**Role overview**
To lead operative and admin tasks in the sales and marketing in order to support CZ, SK sales and marketing team.
**Day to day responsibilities**:
- Sales - to support sales team regarding POs, invoices and other finance tasks for customer cooperation; to collect, update and analyze sales data and promo evaluations in order to support sales team.
- Marketing - to execute marketing and trade marketing tasks like POSM, gadgets production and warehousing; to support Sales and Trade Marketing activities.
- SAP - create POs, processing invoices from Procurement generic mailbox, vendor management incl. communication with customers.
- Events organization - to organize and/or support internal and external events.
- Administrative tasks - working in the systems, proceeding and archiving documents in line with legal and compliance requirements, support of the team in daily tasks.
- ** Other tasks as designated by supervisor.**
**Required skills and experience**:
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Reliability and accuracy.
- Proactivity.
- Clear capability to collaborate cross‐functionally.
- University or High School degree preferred.
- High level of English fluency.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
