• Administration of sales orders in the ERP System (Oracle) based on requests from the project manager
• Confirmation of orders, invoicing
• Clarifying requests / orders with internal departments (planning, construction, purchasing, production)
• Ensuring active cooperation with other divisions of the company
• Close cooperation and administrative support with the project management department and the sales department
• Negotiation and control of delivery dates with the production department with regard to the customers wishes
• Communication with customers abroad

• High school education
• Experience in a similar position for approx. 2 years
• Experience from a manufacturing company is an advantage
• Fluent spoken and written Czech and Spanish
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Knowledge of MS office
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
