Our People & Culture team is excited to be looking for a specialist to play a key role delivering the payroll service in the cluster and executing activities related to compensation, benefits, and employee relations supporting the goal of transparency, competitiveness and equity in rewards.
Location: Prague, with 50/50 flexible working arrangements (home/office)
**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT**
- Delivering accurate, compliant and timely employment payments and deductions
- Ensuring the high level of employee experience providing the guidance on payroll and rewards
- Improving third-party payroll performance and find opportunities for automatization and unification across all three countries
- Delivering on required reconciliations with the Finance team and perform the regular postings
- Well-collaborating with key stakeholders - People Business Partners (based in Budapest, Bratislava and Prague), GBS (based in Warsaw), external payroll providers and Finance
- Ensuring compliance with local legislation and supporting the development and maintenance of audit procedures and controls.
- Conducting market research on reward competitiveness (such as Mercer, Korn Ferry). Regularly analyze data and provide insights on programs to drive continuous improvement.
- Negotiating vendor contracts, and evaluating and improving benefits programs
- 3+ years of experience of administrating employee benefits programs and processing payroll
- Must be fluent both in Czech and English
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Appetite for further development in Rewards area
- Advanced user of Excel, skilled in HRMS (preferably SAP)
- Collaborative style, happy to interact with many stakeholders
- Strong work ethics and ability to treat sensitive information in a professional manner
- Strong understanding of quality management such as standards, regulations and applicable policies and procedures
