Revenue Operations Administrator

For our production database (Filemaker), we require a Revenue Operations Administrator.
**Responsibilities**:
- Entering new closed/won programs
- Processing any program changes (incremental changes/ cancellations /price, schedule, or scope changes)
- Actualizing programs at month-end to align our Billing system with Filemaker
- Auditing data as required
- Communicating with internal teams to obtain relevant information.
Qualifications:
- BA/BSc or equivalent is required
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Salesforce / CRM experience is an advantage
- Data entry / data management experience required.
- Experience working with financial information (e.g., accounts payable, bookkeeping etc) is required
- Must be exceptionally detail oriented
- Financially astute, used to working with numerical data and able to perform basic calculations to sense-check data
- Be able to work independently
- Be comfortable liaising with colleagues globally - both within the Revenue Operations team and with other Foundry teams working globally
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent English communication skills
