You will play a crucial role in driving the success of brand shops within your assigned area.
Your responsibilities encompass operational management, financial performance, quality assurance, dealer relationships, and compliance with corporate and legal standards.
You will act as a liaison between shops, shops owners, and the higher management, ensuring that all parties work cohesively towards common goals.
General Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation of shops according to brand standards and conditionsGuide and support shops managersEnsure and enhance the profitability of individual shopsGeographical Coverage: Prague and regions of central, east, west, north, and south Bohemia.
Preferred Residency Locations: Prague, Kladno, Beroun, Mladá Boleslav, and Benešov.
Experience: Ideal candidate has experience in retail area management
Language Requirements:
English: Minimum B2 levelCzech: NativeCar: Provided for both professional and private use
Line Manager: Sales Manager
Team: Sales Management Department (6+ leaders, 7 members, this is a newly created position)
Purpose:
The Retail Network Manager is responsible for optimizing revenue and profitability in the assigned area and maintaining high on-site quality at the shops.
This involves monitoring and improving asset utilization, conducting on-site visits, and ensuring adherence to corporate identity standards.
The role supports the Department Manager Sales in annual site-level planning and suggests initiatives based on recent developments.
Additionally, the Network Manager continuously monitors local competitors and key indicators, provides input to other departments, and ensures compliance with all relevant standards, rules, and laws governing the operations of the shops.
Maximize Revenue and Profitability:
Achieve target volumes and margins at each site.Reduce controllable sales costs.Enhance cross-selling opportunities.Optimize asset utilization.Promote excellent customer service.Lead Site-Level Planning:
Prepare annual on-site budget plans with the Sales Department Manager.Conduct profitability analyses for each site.Monitor dealer risk management.Propose local initiatives to the Sales Department Manager.Maintain High Quality Standards:
Perform regular on-site inspections and suggest improvements.Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints.Ensure adherence to OMVs corporate identity guidelines.Manage Dealer Relationships:
Evaluate dealer performance and report findings.Assist in dealer recruitment.Support FS partners in efficient business operations.Conduct Competitive Analysis:
Identify and monitor local competitors and key indicators.Track competitor pricing to aid pricing strategies.Share insights with other Area Managers.Oversee Contracts:
Manage new and renewed contracts.Terminate contracts when necessary.Collaborate with Other Departments:
Coordinate site-specific marketing with the Marketing team.Provide input to Asset Management on market potential and maintenance needs.Advise on training needs for FS partners.Ensure Compliance and Standards:
Monitor fulfillment of contractual obligations.Manage FS partners to ensure continuous operation.Ensure compliance with all standards, laws, and regulations, including planning maintenance and construction projects with the management team.Požadujeme
