Retail Associate
Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. Food delivery was just the start. We don’t want to just satisfy our customers’ hunger, but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail.
As such, we need a Retail Associate who will support Wolt's retail portfolio in Czech Republic to ensure the best possible partnership. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, and enjoys a diverse working week. In this entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to learn a lot about our operations and business, while being a part of building something exceptional, in an international environment.
What you'll be doing
- Handling incoming tasks and requests
- Creating and maintaining reports for our Key Accounts.
- Ensure that the reporting system is functional and keep looking for opportunities to improve.
- Assisting the Retail Development team in any additional tasks related to working with data.
- Taking ownership of ongoing projects related to the daily reporting of the retail team.
- Working closely together with the analytics team to analyze operations together with Retail partners.
- Sharing the best practices amongst the Retail team.
