About the job
As Qualified Person at Sanofi Prague you will participates in the implementation and maintenance of the Country Quality System/GxP activities across the local organization and ensuring the safety, efficiency, and quality of the companys products.
Main responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for implementation and compliance of the quality assurance system in the distribution making sure that:
- The requirements of good distribution practice (GDP) are followed during the entire distribution chain (including drug samples)
- Medicines are delivered to the final customer in the original intact packaging
- Medicines are stored and transported reliably and safely
- Appropriate storage conditions are observed throughout the storage and transportation of the preparations and the possibility of their deterioration is minimized
- Registered medicinal products with a valid shelf life are distributed
- The right batches of the drug are delivered to the right place at the right time
- A system is in place that allows any batch of medicine to be traced, suspended, and recalled, if necessary
- Ensuring that both suppliers and customers are approved
- Training of workers involved in the distribution chain, keeping training records
- Approval of all subcontracting activities that may have an impact on GDP
- Conducting internal self-inspections and external audits at all approved distribution centres of the company and approving the necessary corrective measures
- Ensuring cooperation with state authorities (MZD, SÚKL) during inspections, securing the necessary permits, providing documents and fulfilling reporting obligations (Dis 13 in cooperation with the Supply chain team)
- Keeping records according to GDP and handling complaints
- Recall of medicinal products from distribution
- Returning medicines to distribution
- Disposal of unusable medicines
- Development and updating of standard operating procedures (SOP) related to distribution and for monitoring their compliance
- Ensuring continuity of the most essential activities and processes in case of Country Quality Heads absence
About you
**Experience**:
- 1+ years experience in the GDP pharmaceutical industry in a similar position, and/or experience in Quality Assurance, Production or Quality Control
Soft skills:
- Able to make decisions based on facts and to take responsibility for them
- Great attention to details
- Highly developed team spirit, excellent interpersonal relationship, including oral and written communication
- Stress resistant
- Ability to solve problems and provide constructive and innovative solutions
Technical skills:
- Knowledge of regulations related to GDP activities
- Driving licence
- Good knowledge of MS Office
**Education**:
- Master in Pharmacy, Master in General Medicine, Master in Dental Medicine, Master in Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Hygiene and Ecology or in area of Chemistry and Biology
Languages:
- Fluent in English and Czech
