Reporting & Master Data Support

Preparation and generation of daily and monthly sales and margin reports
Tracking and processing daily and monthly reports of sales orders, back orders, overdue orders, OTD (On-Time Delivery)
Preparation of weekly AP reports, aging AR and inventory reporting
Ensuring weekly reporting of orders from suppliers
Collaborating in the preparation and generation of various operational reports as required
Collaborating on forecast and budget preparation, standardizing and automating them
Participating in process improvement (Kaizen) projects and initiatives
Regular support to the controlling and accounting team
Participation in internal audits, US GAAP audits, statutory audits, internal audits and SOX audits
Performing other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor
High school/university degree in economics
Advanced knowledge of English and Czech language
Very good orientation in MS Excel
High level of analytical thinking and ability to work with large volumes of data
Knowledge and understanding of double entry accounting is a must in order to validate and understand the inputs.
Ability to work independently but also in a team
Hardworking, proactive and enthusiasm for analytical work
Interest in personal development and improving work processes
