Reporting Analyst

**Flexible base location (in any of our operating markets)**
Prepare monthly financial reporting and analysis for AEI group and be actively involved in budgeting and forecasting processes. Reporting Analyst is also responsible for supporting the Reporting Manager in delivering selected reporting projects and responding to queries from Entities and Asahi Group Finance.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Analysis and reporting**
Delivery of month end reporting including:
- Maintenance of AEI Hub reporting templates in accordance with Asahi Group requirements (for Actuals and Budget).
- Proactive preparation and review of AEI hub reports including insightful commentary and follow up with business units where required.
- Detailed review of submissions of AEI entities and their constructive challenge.
- Preparing and recording relevant Hub adjustments.
- Active managing Intercompany matching process between AEI entities and focusing on resolving material mismatches by working closely with markets and following group policy. Support Reporting Manager in delivery of regional instructions and regular communication to markets.
**Other**
- Ad-hoc reports or analysis that may be required.
- Support in various financial projects.
- Ongoing reporting system and process improvements.
- Execution and documenting of internal controls
- Support with internal and external audit process.
- Support Go Graduate during their placement in Reporting team.
**Qualification Criteria**
- A graduate Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or similar)
- Previous FMCG experience is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of financial reporting including group consolidation
- Previous participation in cross functional projects is an advantage
- Solid background in finance with strong analytical capabilities
- A high degree of computer literacy (Microsoft Office) incl. Power BI & modelling
- Attention to detail essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workload appropriately
- Knowledge of Hyperion financial management is an advantage
- Fluency in English is essential
